PROVINCETOWN, Mass.—A Taunton man is facing domestic violence charges after his another man was found dead at a Cape Cod Campground.
James Costello was held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing after pleading not guilty at his arraignment Monday in Orleans District Court on charges of assault and battery-domestic violence and battery with a dangerous weapon.

The 45-year-old Costello and 41-year-old David Walton, who lived at the same Taunton address, checked into Coastal Acres campground in Provincetown on Saturday.
Walton was found dead early Sunday morning outside the campground office by police making a routine check. Costello was asleep next to him.
The investigation into the case is continuing.
