Jefferson County, MO: Man killed in Jefferson County, Mo. shooting

JEFFERSON COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -
An argument resulting in a shooting has left one man dead, while another man is taken into custody.
Police say Donald Horrell, of St. Louis was the victim in the shooting.
Earl Francis Ealey, 64, Pevely has been charged with murder 2nd degree and armed criminal action, according to Boyer.
Ealey was being held on a  $250,000 cash only bond.
Police were called to a residence at 11 p.m. on April 3, 2011 finding a man lying in the driveway of the 1800 block of State Route Z in Pevely.
The victim had an apparent gunshot wound to his upper body, according to police. He was taken to a local hospital and later pronounced dead.
Police say the victim and his wife are estranged from each other and he came to the address, and left when he was asked to do so.
The victim returned a short time later and got into an argument with several other persons and his estranged wife, said Boyer.
Police say the argument escalated, resulting in the shooting.
The suspect is being held by the Jefferson Co. Sheriff's Office.
