GLEN IVY - A 67-year-old man and a 50-year-old woman who died in what may have been a murder-suicide at an RV park in the unincorporated area of Glen Ivy were identified today.
Terence Townsend and Melissa Mithers were pronounced dead in a recreational vehicle just after 4:30 a.m. Monday at the Glen Ivy Recreational Vehicle Park in the 24600 block of Glen Ivy Road, said Deputy Herlinda Valenzuela of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
Arriving deputies spoke to park security officers, who said they got reports of shots being fired from inside one of the RVs, sheriff's Sgt. Scott Brown said.
Deputies found the man and woman suffering from gunshot wounds, according to Brown.
Townsend and Mithers both lived at the RV park in separate trailers, Valenzuela said.

GLEN IVY - Investigators were trying to determine today if the fatal shooting of a 49-year-old woman and a 57-year-old man in a recreational vehicle in Glen Ivy was a murder-suicide, a sheriff's sergeant said.
The shooting was reported at 4:30 a.m. Monday at the Glen Ivy Recreational Vehicle Park in the 24600 block of Glen Ivy Road, said Sgt. Scott Brown of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
