BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. -- A man reportedly killed himself in Boynton Beach after trying to shoot his ex-girlfriend and police officers.
Police say 25-year-old Charles Bostwick assaulted his ex-girlfriend and fired his gun at her early Friday morning.
Officers responded to the area to search for Bostwick, who shot at them and then ran away.
Police eventually found Bostwick dead in a nearby backyard, where he apparently shot himself in the head.
