Havana Police Department Chief Glynn Beach said the names of the victims from this morning's shooting are Marzell Mann, 66, and his live-in girlfriend Rosa Jackson, 51.
Beach said this morning HPD responded to a 911 call from a man claiming to have shot his girlfriend. When an officer arrived on the scene and asked for directions, Mann took a shot at the officer, Beach said.
When the Tallahassee Police Department's Tactical Apprehension and Control Team entered the house, Mann and Jackson were both dead, Beach said.
