She was killed in a Zion apartment known to police as a drug hangout, authorities said.
Lee was remanded into custody as the alleged murderer on Oct. 21, according to Lake County Clerk of Courts records.
Lee is in custody at the Lake County Jail in lieu of $3 million bond. His arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 16.
