Police said a 40-year-old Fresno man turned himself in about noon Wednesday after he told officers he had killed his girlfriend during a fight.
The unidentified woman, 42, was found dead of blunt force trauma in an apartment near Normal Avenue and Mayfair Drive.
Police are investigating.
