A Kinston man is in jail without bond after police say he strangled to death his girlfriend.
Dallas Fordham was charged Wednesday with an open count of murder after police say autopsy results came back on Elande Brock.
Police say they were called to McCaskill Drive on Monday to help EMS after they found the woman dead. They say Fordham admitted he had a confrontation with Brock.
The autopsy came back Wednesday and Fordham was arrested for the woman's murder.
