Donald Ramsey will serve four to 18 years in prison.

MORGANTOWN -- A judge has sentenced a Morgantown man convicted of shooting a woman who was both his ex-wife and step-mother.
Donald Ramsey will serve four to 18 years in prison.
Ramsey shot Nana Sue Ramsey at their home in the Canyon Village mobile home park.
He sat on her put the gun to her ribs and said he was going to kill her.
He fired twice and missed and then moved the gun up to her chest and shot again.
The bullet went through her chest and shoulder.
Ramsey remains on bond and home confinement.
He will report to jail after being cleared by his doctor.
