An Air Force master sergeant and his wife were found dead in their Enterprise home as the result of an apparent weekend murder-suicide, according to Enterprise police.
Ronald Zaremba, Jr., and Jenni Zaremba, both 37, were found dead in the master bedroom at their 113 Harrand Creek residence after Enterprise police responded Sunday at 1:47 a.m. to a report of the shooting, police Capt. Mike Lolley said Monday.
At the time of his death, Ronald Zaremba was assigned to Fort Rucker, according to Coffee County Coroner Robert Preachers, The coroner said military orders assigning him to Warner Robins Air Force Base in Georgia were found at the residence.
Zaremba’s 14-year old stepdaughter was in the residence in her bedroom when authorities arrived, but was uninjured, said Preachers. The initial investigation determined Zaremba shot his wife twice and then shot himself, Lolley said.
