Sheriff deputies say Christopher Harless shot Mary Crockett and then shot and killed himself.
LAWRENCE CO. -- Lawrence County Sheriff's office reports that last week's shooting deaths were likely the result of a domestic dispute that ended in a murder-suicide.
The shootings happened Sept. 3.
Investigators claim that Christopher Harless shot Mary Crocket inside the truck they were riding in, then turned the gun on himself. Harlesss was found lying dead outside the truck with a gunshot wound to the head. Crocket was flown to a local hospital where she later died.
