Lake Worth, FL: Lake Worth triple murder suspect arrested

DELRAY BEACH, FL -- 25-year-old Bruce Strachan was arrested without incident by authorities in Delray Beach around 10:15pm, according to PBSO's Teri Barbera. Strachan had a warrant out for his arrest for the slaying of his estranged wife, Yamika Murphy and two others, Debbie Anthony and Ronald Anthony Wright, during a weekend shooting spree. Strachan is charged with three counts of first degree murder as well as additional counts to be announced. Authorities say Bruce Strachan knocked on the door of his estranged wife's home around 4:30 am. Saturday morning. A fight ensued, and Strachan fatally shot Debbie Sears, Yamika Murphy and Ronald Anthony Wright. Murphy and Wright were found dead outside a neighbor's house, running for their lives before they were gunned down. Deputies say Strachan has an extensive criminal history, including resisting an officer with violence. He is described as being 5-foot-10, weighing 173 pounds and having tattoos on both arms.
