A man has been arrested in the fatal stabbing of his domestic partner Friday night.
The Portland Police Bureau (PPB) reports that Steven Ray Abbett, 43, is charged with murder in the death of 49-year-old Scott Allen Brehm.
Just after 5 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the area of Southeast 101st Avenue and Foster Road to find Brehm had been stabbed. He was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
Abbett was arrested Saturday. He is lodged in the Multnomah County Detention Center.
