NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A man charged with killing his wife in March 2009 pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in her death.
John Kratochvil admitted that he killed his wife, Manisha, who was a director at Southern Hills Medical Center.
The couple lived at a home along Sunnywood Drive in southeast Nashville.
Kratochvil admits he staged a break-in at his home, strangled his wife and drove to North Carolina. He faces 35 years in prison.
Manisha's sister has custody of the couple's two children.
