38-year old Mark H. Ralstin of Mullinville is charged with first degree murder in the death of his wife, 35-year old Bobbie Jo Ralstin.

(WIBW) - A Kiowa County man is accused of killing his wife.
Attorney General Steve Six says 38-year old Mark H. Ralstin of Mullinville is charged with first degree murder in the death of his wife, 35-year old Bobbie Jo Ralstin.
Authorities say Mark Ralstin shot and killed his wife around 9:30 p.m. on Friday, November 6th at their home in Mullinville. He was arrested in Reno County trying to enter his sister’s home in Hutchinson.
Ralstin made his first appearance in court Monday. His next court appearance is on November 19th.
