BROKEN ARROW — Police arrested a woman after her husband was found stabbed to death in apparent domestic dispute Saturday night.
Officers were called to a home in the 1100 block of North Hickory Court shortly after 8 p.m. Saturday in reference to a domestic disturbance possibly involving a stabbing.
Alexander Beltran, 32, was found face down at the scene with stab wounds to the abdomen and the left side of his chest, police said. He was pronounced dead at 8:18 p.m. after paramedics attempted to provide aid, police said.
Elizabeth Marie Beltran, 31, of Broken Arrow, was taken into custody and booked into the Tulsa Jail on a second-degree murder complaint.
Elizabeth Beltran was found sitting in a lawn chair in the garage and “appeared calm,” police said.
Two witnesses at the scene told police they heard Elizabeth and Alexander Beltran arguing and the witnesses tried to break up the fight, police said.
