A man charged with killing a Dibble woman and her two children has waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

PURCELL — A man charged with killing a Dibble woman and her two children has waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

Triple-murder suspect waives right to hearing in Oklahoma court
A formal arraignment for Shaun Michael Bosse, 28, who is charged with three counts of first-degree murder, has been set for 1:30 p.m. Oct. 27 in McClain County District Court. No trial date has been set.
Bosse is accused of killing Katrina Griffin, 25, Christian Griffin, 8, and Chasity Hammer, 6, on July 23, 2010. Katrina and Christian Griffin were stabbed to death; Chasity died of fire-related injuries. The bodies of the three were found inside Katrina Griffin's mobile home, which had been set on fire.
A court affidavit alleges Bosse was at Griffin's residence at 15734 S 212 the night of July 22, and that Bosse told investigators he had been dating Griffin for about two weeks.
A McClain County deputy responded to a call from Griffin at 11:40 p.m. and took a report. The affidavit does not indicate what the call was about, but it says Bosse was present at the time.
A deputy who interviewed Bosse on July 23 noticed scratches on his arm and swollen knuckles on his hands, according to the affidavit.
Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents executed a search warrant July 27 at Bosse's apartment at 8800 S Drexel in Oklahoma City and found a pair of jeans and a towel that tested positive for blood. The shoes Bosse wore when he was arrested also had blood on them, the affidavit states.
Investigators found Bosse had sold or pawned televisions and other entertainment items belonging to Griffin at seven metro-area pawnshops, the affidavit states.
Bosse also faces charges of escape, assault on a deputy and larceny of a vehicle stemming from a break from custody in June.
Bosse is accused of stealing keys from a deputy, overpowering her and stealing a vehicle June 26. He was found hiding in a field near his grandmother's house in Blanchard a few hours later.
