Orlando, FL: New evidence could hurt case of millionaire murder suspect James Robert Ward

ORLANDO --
New details in the murder of an Isleworth woman could spell trouble for her husband.

Documents released Wednesday detail how Diane Ward died, and could damage husband James Robert "Bob" Ward's claims that she killed herself.

You can read the complete documents here. (pdf)
Bob Ward has been accused of killing his wife in 2009.

Forensic reports on the gun used in the shooting concluded that Diane Ward was shot from a distance of 18 inches.

That's important, because Bob Ward's attorneys have said that the gun went off when he tried to take it from his wife's hands.

Other documents included pictures of shell casings, as well as blood splatter analyses.

Ward's trial has been set for February 2011.
