WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. -- A grand jury has decided not to file charges against a Winter Springs man who killed his fiancee the day before they were to be married.
The grand jury ruled 63-year-old John Tabbutt committed no crime when he mistakenly fired at has girlfriend Nancy Dinsmore.
Tabbutt said he accidentally shot Dinsmore last October when he mistakenly thought she was an intruder in his home.
