SHREWSBURY, Mass. -- A man was arrested on Thursday, accused of murdering his wife inside their Shrewsbury home.
Police said when they arrived at the home on Deerfield Road, 44-year-old Keith Rosiello was waiting for them outside. He then led investigators inside the home, where police said they found his wife, 44-year-old Maureen Rosiello, dead.
Keith Rosiello originally called 911 at around 1 p.m. He said he and his wife had an altercation and he would need a lawyer.
Authorities did not release the details on how Maureen Rosiello died, and only said she had obvious signs of injury.
"Mr. Rosiello was brought to the Shrewsbury Police Department, where he was later arrested and charged with murder," said Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early, Jr.
There are no records of any problems at the family's home in the past.
The couple has two children, one six-year-old and one 12-year-old. They are staying with relatives.
Rosiello will be arraigned Friday morning in Westborough.
