The Erie County District Attorney’s Office says 22-year-old Edmund M. Serwinowski is accused of fatally stabbing 34-year-old Jenifer Sacaridis, on December 16th.
Jennifer Sacarieis had only been dating Serwinowski for about a month. Police say the two got into a verbal argument and Serwinowski reacted by stabbing his girlfriend in her own home.
If convicted, Serwinowski faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
