Two people charged in connection with the death of a Winchester man appeared Monday in Clark District Court.Judge Brandy Oliver Brown entered not-guilty pleas on behalf of Percy Hargrove III, 26, and Sheena Tipton, 26.Hargove is charged with murder, first-degree burglary and tampering with physical evidence. Tipton is charged with complicity to murder and complicity to first-degree burglary.They are charged in connection with last week's shooting death of Andrew David Ingram, 33. Tipton was the girlfriend of Ingram and a former girlfriend of Hargrove. Winchester police have not provided specifics about Tipton's role in Ingram's death.Brown appointed public defenders for Hargrove and Tipton. Brown also scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 4. At that time, a judge will hear evidence to determine whether there is probable cause to send the case to a grand jury for possible indictments.
