Culpeper, VA: New Details Released In Culpeper Murder Case
Culpeper Police have identified the alleged gunman in an October 8th shooting incident that left a woman dead. Police believe 50-year-old Gary Willie (pictured) of Catlett pulled the trigger that resulted in the death of 31-year-old Patricia Adams of Culpeper. Adams died in her apartment on Willis Lane Saturday from a single gunshot wound to the head. Police say Willie and Adams were romantically involved and Adams had broken up with Willie the day before. Police say Willie went to the apartment with a 43-year-old man who was also shot and wounded. Police say Willie then shot himself in the head, and he remains on life-support at UVA Hospital. The other man also is on life-support and both are listed in critical condition.
