Miami Police hunting for murder suspect

The sister of a teen girl who police say was killed by her boyfriend made an emotional plea Tuesday asking the public to help track down her sister's killer.
Amadonne Gabriel described her 16-year-old sister, Tracy Gabriel, as a terrific sister, daughter and mother.
"She liked to listen to music a lot, she was a dancing person and now she's gone," Amadonne said. "It's a tragedy."
City of Miami detectives say Tracy Gabriel was at a friend's apartment at 1525 Northwest 1st Place just after midnight Tuesday when she and her boyfriend began arguing.

Police say 18-year-old Jay Stubbs beat her, then shot and killed Tracy as she tried to defend herself.
"It was a senseless argument between a young couple that escalated and ultimately she was slain," said Detective Kevin Ruggiero.
Tracy Gabriel left behind a 4-month-old baby. Amadonne Gabriel said Stubbs is not the father.
"Right now I'm not relieved because I haven't found Tracy," Amadonne said.
Police are looking for Stubbs and are asking him to turn himself in.
"We're just urging Mr. Stubbs to turn himself in without any further incident and anyone who has any information to please call CrimeStoppers so we can get him off the streets," Det. Ruggiero said.
