The Las Vegas showgirl whose body was found dismembered and encased in cement in plastic tubs had been choked to death, according to an autopsy.

The finding appears to corroborate an arrest report saying Debbie Flores Narvaez's ex-boyfriend, Las Vegas dancer Jason "Blu" Griffith, was seen grabbing her neck during a fight in his apartment on Dec. 12.

"The Coroner’s office medical examination determined Flores Narvaez died from asphyxiation due to neck compression," says a statement from the Clark County Coroner's Office.

In the arrest report, Griffith told police that Flores Narvaez, a trained dancer in Luxor’s Fantasy, attacked him, but acknowledged that no one would believe him. "[She] forced him to do what he did," the arrest report says.

The couple had a tumultuous relationship, with police being called on at least three occasions for domestic issues, the report said.

Griffith, who is due in court Wednesday, remains held without bail in the Clark County Detention Center. According the report, Griffith and a friend tried to store the body at several Las Vegas-area locations before finally leaving it in a home whose residents were out of the country.
