WORCESTER TWP., Pa. -- A fight between a Montgomery County man and his girlfriend ended in tragedy.
Police say the woman shot the man and then turned the gun on herself.
It happened around 9:30 Sunday night at 2106 Bustard Road in Worcester Township, Montgomery County.
50-year-old Anthony Campisi called 911 and said he had been shot by his girlfriend, 47-year-old Lois Galasso.
When troopers got to the home, they say Galasso was still holding a handgun.
Police say she pointed the gun briefly at the officers before shooting and killing herself.
Galasso was pronounced dead at the scene.
Campisi was flown to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he's listed in guarded condition with gunshot wounds to his arm and abdomen.
State police continue to investigate.
