Home Where Michael Stayer Attacked His Wife (WXIN-TV FOX59 / December 10, 2009)
WHITESTOWN, IN - Prosecutors say Michael Stayer will make that plea during a hearing next Thursday. He was charged with several crimes including murder and battery for allegedly beating his wife Beth with either a hammer or tire iron.
The couple's five year-old son saw the attack inside the family's Whitestown home in June.
Stayer's guilty plea will be part of a plea agreement, but officials haven't released the details of the deal.
