Police: 911 Caller Said He Shot His Wife

LAUGHLIN, Nev. -- A Laughlin man was charged with murder after a 911 call led Las Vegas Metro police to a woman’s body Sunday.
The caller said he had accidentally killed his wife. When police arrived at the home they found the body of 57-year-old Kristine Freshman and arrested Walter Freshman.
Authorities have not confirmed that he made the 911 call. Freshman is being held at the Tucker Holding Facility in Laughlin.
