Clarksville, TN: Woman kills husband's spider at Clarksville club

CLARKSVILLE, TENN. — A Fort Campbell woman publicly killed her husband’s spider at a private club Saturday night.
At about 8:10 p.m., Kimberly N. Eastmon walked into the Iron Order Clubhouse at 621B Providence Blvd. with the Brazilian rosehair spider, according to a police report.
Her husband, who had an order of protection preventing him from being near her, left the area and asked the club president to deal with Eastmon, the report said.
Eastmon said she wanted her husband to feed the spider. She then put the spider on the ground and stomped on it, the report said.
Eastmon, 31, who gave a 7433B McAuliffe Loop, Fort Campbell address, was charged with domestic vandalism.
The spider was listed as having a $40 value.
