The Clark County Coroner's Office on Tuesday identified a woman in northwest Las Vegas and another in North Las Vegas shot to death over the Labor Day weekend.
Metro Police are investigating a Monday afternoon shooting of a woman, Denise Ebarb, who died from her injuries. The coroner's office said an official cause and manner of death were pending.
But police said the woman was shot inside a home on Brookfield Cove Avenue, near the intersection of Grand Teton Drive and Cimarron Road, east of U.S. 95. A man at the home was taken to University Medical Center with critical injuries, police said. Investigators said the shooting was a case of domestic violence.
In a separate case, a woman was found dead in an apparent murder-attempted suicide in North Las Vegas on Saturday after police responded to reports of a domestic disturbance in the 4900 block of Rancho Domingo Court.
North Las Vegas Police found 38-year-old Maria Herrera of North Lake Vegas, who had died of multiple gunshot wounds inside the home, authorities said.
A 46-year-old man from Cibolo, Texas, was taken to a hospital in critical condition with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said.
The cause and manner of death has not been released by the coroner's office.

A man who allegedly shot his girlfriend to death in an apparent murder-attempted suicide Monday has been charged with murder, the Clark County District Attorney’s Office said today.
Kelly Dicaro, 51, is being held without bail in the Clark County Detention Center in connection with the shooting death of his girlfriend, Denise Ebarb, at their home in the 7800 block of Brookfield Cove Avenue in Las Vegas. Dicaro is charged with murder with use of a deadly weapon.
According to an arrest report, Dicaro called 911 at 1:25 p.m. Monday and told dispatchers he had shot his girlfriend. When the operator asked if she was alive, Dicaro said “no” and also stated that he had shot her twice, then shot himself in the throat and was bleeding to death.
When Metro Police officers responded, they found Dicaro holding his neck and placed him in handcuffs. They also found Ebarb dead in the kitchen. When they asked Dicaro who shot her, he said “I did,” the arrest report indicated.
He told police he shot her in the head with a rifle from the home’s balcony, according to the report.
As he was en route to University Medical Center to be treated for his injuries, officers asked Dicaro why he shot her. He responded that she did something worse than cheating on him but wouldn’t elaborate, according to arrest records.
At the hospital, when police placed Dicaro under arrest and told him they were investigating the death, he immediately responded, “I shot her,” the report said.
A search of the home yielded a Ruger 7mm rifle as well as a .22-caliber Ruger. Police said evidence indicates that Dicaro shot Ebarb twice with the .22-caliber from the home's second floor landing while she stood in the downstairs kitchen. The rifle then jammed and Dicaro shot himself in the neck with the 7mm.
Dicaro is scheduled to appear before a judge at 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
