Sheriff’s Department Investigator Scott Mills said 46-year-old James O. Harwell was arrested Monday after his wife’s body was found at their home. Harwell was being held in the county jail without bond pending an initial court appearance.
County Coroner Lonnie Weaver said 45-year-old Chris Ann Milam Harwell was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot wounds.
